Friends of Otley Lido is a community project to restore the Otley Lido in Wharfemeadows Park.
This event is in partnership with Harriet’s and Little Munchkins. Tickets £5 (including a drink on arrival) available at Harriet’s, Little Munchkins, Paley’s Flooring and Jenny’s Dresser.
The Brighouse and Rastrick Band is regarded by many as the best and most consistent ‘public subscription band’ in the world. In its time the majority of premier band championships have been held by ‘Briggus’ whilst the band has also attracted a formidable reputation for highly entertaining concerts for both the general public and brass band connoisseur. Otley Parish Church is delighted to welcome them back to Otley following their sell-out concert last year. More information about the band here
The varied programme of music will include a Big Band Tribute to the Roaring Twenties and a Last Night of the Proms finale!
Tickets are £12 and available from Otley Courthouse or the Parish Office. On-line tickets available at the link above – booking fee of up to 10% applies. Please note that seating is unreserved and some seats may have restricted view. There will be a bar and soft drinks, tea and coffee also available. Doors open at 6.45pm.
Otley Choral Society will be joined by members of Ilkley Choral Society for this performance of Mendelssohn’s Elijah. Introducing new conductor, Yonni Lecy.
