This group will look at what is our vision as a church, where we are going and how we finance that vision.
Organised for Otley Churches Together Prayer Network and led by Rev. Stewart Hartley.
Meet at Otley Parish Church, Kirkgate entrance. The walk will be approximately 4.5 miles over moderate terrain (stout shoes or wellies). Along the walk we will take the opportunity to pause and pray for our town of Otley and surrounding communities.

An informal and safe place to come and learn about prayer. Be encouraged in your relationship with God as we approach the coming year. In the morning we’ll pray, sing and listen together. Lunch will be ‘bring and share’.
Church will be open for private or small-group prayer in the afternoon.

In March 2019 the West Yorkshire Destitute Asylum Network (WYDAN) in partnership with Churches Together in Otley will be running a night shelter for 10 homeless male asylum seekers in a temporary hostel in Otley for 2 weeks.
There are a number of volunteer roles needed to make this happen. There will be 2 opportunities for those who are interested to receive training and further information. The first session is on Saturday 9th February at 10am and this will be repeated on Wednesday 13th February at 7.45pm. Both sessions will be held at Otley Parish Church. As we seek to fulfil our church’s vision to be a place where everyone is welcome, we all encounter situations and people different to our ‘normal’. That’s good but it can often feel uncomfortable!
Please join us in the Parish Room on Wednesday 27th February at 8pm as we learn to equip ourselves for the joys and challenges ahead.
