Christians from the churches in Otley meet on the first Saturday of each month. There is a simple breakfast of bread rolls and a hot drink followed by a few thoughts and shared prayer with a special focus on our town. The venue changes each month with a rota round the churches.
The Prayer Breakfast is hosted this month by The Bridge United Reformed Church. All are welcome to take part in this expression of unity.

Newall Ladies Fellowship is a group of ladies who meet at 2.00pm on the second Monday of the month. We start with a short act of worship including a hymn, reading and prayer. For the main part of the meeting we have a visiting speaker. We conclude with a social time when we enjoy a chat whilst sharing light refreshments of tea or coffee and cake/biscuits.

Start! introduces Christianity through six video based interactive, small-group sessions. The Start! course makes no assumptions about participants’ background or experience or knowledge of Christianity or the church. It really does start from scratch.
Six sessions, each 60-90 minutes, with 2 x video inputs per session (8-10 minutes in all):
- Life is for Living
- Oh my God!
- Jesus who?
- What’s gone wrong?
- Dying to save us
- Into the arms of love
This 4pm, after school session will include drinks and pizza, and kids are welcome.
Note: This course is also available with an adult focus at 7pm on the same dates.

Additionally, a few people will be needed at 9am at the Sinclair Warehouse (at the end of Bremner Street, Otley) to help load the cross onto the lorry.
The cross will be taken down on Saturday 13th April, 9am – weather permitting.
Note that all are welcome for the early Easter Sunday morning service – 7am at the cross.
