Our Annual Church Meeting will take place in Church and all are welcome. It will also be available to view live on the Otley Parish Church YouTube channel. Normally, this meeting would be held in April, but has been delayed due to the current pandemic.
There will be a number of reports presented regarding what happened in 2019 and also elections as follows:
- We elect two Church wardens (currently Kevin Keefe and Barry Milner) to serve for one year.
- We elect up to 5 members to the PCC to serve for 3 years. To vote you must be on the Electoral Roll. You can find both nomination forms for PCC and forms to register on the electoral roll on our website
- We also elect people to Deanery Synod, receive the Annual Report and Accounts, and various other reports.
Please consider making some nominations for the above roles.
Check the website at this link for more information, a full agenda for the APCM and options to download reports before the meeting.
