Presentation of Annual Reports and the Church Accounts, with election of church members to the Parochial Church Council. This meeting follows the regular 10.30am service, after refreshments.

As part of the national Heritage Open Days, Otley Parish Church – the oldest building in Otley and Grade 1 listed – will be open with special displays.
- Display of Anglian cross pieces dating from the 8th, 9th and 10th centuries
- Guided tour and talk at 11am and 2pm entitled: “The Story of Otley Parish Church in 25 Objects”
- Tower open for guided visits to see the bells, the ancient clock mechanism and the ringing chamber (but not the top – for safety reasons). The tower may be visited 10am to 12 noon and 2pm to 4pm.
- Visit the impressive Navvies’ Memorial in the churchyard and see the associated display in church*
- History Trails for all ages
- Rolling presentations describing the stained glass windows and a virtual tour of the tower, including views from the top

A time to welcome to Otley Parish Church those who have joined us at in the last year or so. We would love to say WELCOME TO YOU over coffee or tea and cake! Please join us on SUNDAY 19 November at 4pm in the Parish Room.
This will be a chance to get to know each other better and for you to learn a bit more about who’s who and what’s what, and to ask any questions you may have.

From Wednesday 6th to Saturday 9th December, forty Christmas trees with lights will be installed inside Otley Parish Church and forty charities or community groups will be invited to decorate one each. Each tree will have a collecting bucket and all donations collected will stay with that group for them to use in their good work in our local community. There will be musical performances each day and a cafe throughout. Admission is free, but please be generous!
Each day (Thursday to Saturday until 5pm) there will be a cafe serving tea, coffee and mince pies.

As part of the Christmas Tree Festival at Otley Parish Church, the children’s choir from Westgate Primary School and The Chippendale Singers will present this Christmas Concert.
